Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings assigned to them in our Terms of Use.

"Personal Information" means information that identifies a Learner, such as first and last name, identification number, email address, age, date of birth, gender, location, photograph, and/or phone number provided at the time of registration or any time thereafter on the Platform.
"Sensitive Personal Information" includes, where applicable: (i) passwords and financial data (except the truncated last four digits of a credit/debit card), (ii) health data, (iii) official identifiers, proof of identity or proof of address documents (such as biometric data, Aadhaar number, social security number, driver’s license, passport, etc.), (iv) information about sexual life, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, political or religious beliefs or affiliations, (v) account details, passwords, PAN, or (vi) any other data categorized as sensitive personal data or special categories of data under applicable Data Protection Laws.
References to "Personal Information" in this Policy shall include "Sensitive Personal Information" where applicable in the context of use.
We may collect both personal and non-personal identifiable information from you in a variety of ways, including when you visit our Platform, register on the Platform, purchase or access content, communicate with us, and use activities, services, features, or resources made available through it.
We may collect personal-identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, gender, profile image, location, date of birth, and similar account-related information to enable your access to the Platform and to the services or products offered on it.

We use your information to respond to queries, troubleshoot technical issues, resolve account access problems, and support your use of the Platform.
We use your information to improve and customize the Platform and its services/products. We also use it to prevent, detect, investigate, and take measures against criminal activity, fraud, misuse of or damage to our Platform or network, and violations affecting our rights, property, users, or others.
We may use your information for KYC, identity verification, or compliance checks where such verification is required by law, regulation, institutional requirements, certification processes, payment processors, or platform safeguards.
We may use your email address, phone number, push notifications, or in-platform communications to share updates about your purchases, account activity, certificates, trainings, offers, platform notices, support responses, and important changes to legal or operational policies.
We may use your contact details to share information about our trainings, webinars, products, services, and offers, subject to your preferences and applicable law. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from promotional communications, you may do so by using the available option or by writing to us.

You may have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process your Personal Information and, where applicable, access to that information and related details.
You may have the right to request correction, updating, or completion of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated Personal Information.
You may request erasure of your Personal Information, subject to legal, operational, contractual, and evidentiary retention requirements. Please note that deletion may result in permanent loss of account access, purchase history, course access, certificates, and other associated records.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to object to or request restriction of certain processing activities.
Where applicable, you may have the right to request a copy of certain Personal Information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
Where applicable under Indian law, you may nominate another person to act on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
These rights apply only to your own information and not to the information of other Learners. Where necessary, we may request additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling any request.
We take reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Personal Information and other data on the Platform.
Access to such information is limited to employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliated organizations (if any) that need the information to process it on our behalf or provide services related to the Platform, and who are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality obligations.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we do not guarantee absolute security.
The Platform is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to use the Platform under our Terms of Use. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law or our policies, we may delete such information and take appropriate action, including disabling access where necessary.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, app stores, integrations, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, or content of such third parties.

Your information, including Personal Information, is stored, processed, and transferred to Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers and databases located in India. We may also store, process, and transfer information to servers in other countries depending on the location of our affiliates and service providers.
These countries may have different and potentially less stringent privacy laws. Personal Information may become subject to those laws and disclosure requirements as a result of governmental or regulatory inquiries, court orders, or similar legal processes.
If you use our Platform from outside India, including from the USA, EU, EEA, or UK, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in India or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By accessing our Platform or providing us with information, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing, subject to applicable law.
We retain your information for as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy, including compliance with legal obligations, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, business continuity, and legitimate operational requirements.
We may not always be able to delete all communications, comments, photos, files, feedback, or other material publicly made available by you on the Platform.
